Delivery in the UK
For UK deliveries we send all packages first class delivery. Our charges for postage and packing are based on the weight of the total items and packing costs.

Deliveries outisde the UK
For deliveries outside the UK we are pleased to ship our goods to addresses worldwide. Our charges for postage and packing are based on the weight of the total items and packing costs. There are some countries we will not ship to. You will be advised of this at checkout, and invited to contact us to proceed with your order. This is a fraud prevention measure.

Returns
If any goods purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. Please read the terms and conditions for more detail and applicability.

*Note we can only refund your item(s) if they have been returned to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please include your returns form in the parcel and send the parcel to our address.

For special orders and items that are made to order please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

We recommend you use a traceable method of returning items as we cannot be held responsible for items being returned to us lost in transit.
